Trip takers will receive traveling, accommodation, required conveniences, program organization, guiding both at inland sightseeing and on tours abroad.

Participants can make their reservations through internet and after required previous organization and agreement the departing points of tours can be at the Airport at Budapest or if required Wien; so the tours will take place on “house-to-house” basis. Main advantages of this kind of tourism is that in a much shorter period of time more already known places can be visited and even more unknown places can be discovered without the usual pre-reservation tortures. Further programs can be made flexibly, immediately according to all demands. The world can be explored in a friendly and familiar atmosphere in a more secure, comfortable and affordable manner compared with the individually rented or purchased Caravan tours.

I am seeking business partners, investors, contributors of capital, leasing company and or competition support for establishing a Joint Venture with the capital of 400-500 thousand €. I offer a maximum 50% ownership with related profit share or I guarantee annual 8-15% interest revenue on long term.

Duration of complete development taking further requirements into consideration will be expectedly 3-6 years; gross value may reach 3.5-5 Million €. There is expected return already in the first year which is proportionable to the rate of development. Initial main steps of the project are purchase, leasing and reconstructure of required vehicles (20-25 annually), establishment of sites, agencies and management; investment and leasing of required telecommunication resources, etc. Management of whole project, hiring and training of staff will be my task as know how responsible.

Participants can choose among several interesting programs such as visiting thermal baths, archeological and historical memorials, castles, famous wine-districts, different kind of festivals, seaside holidays spots, wellness programs and many more which will be up-to-date on the internet. The tours and the required programs will be pre-organized and if necessary the reservations will be booked. The length of the tours can be considered from 1-2 weeks inland travel attached with visiting surrounding countries eventually they can last for a few months as it’s all a question of organization. According to my plans summer is the perfect time to make larger extensive round-trips to the Baltic and/or the

Scandinavian region. During the winter period such extensive round-tours can be made for example at Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt and even India can be taken into consideration as at this time of the year the weather conditions are much better. As these tours are going to be systematic and long term tours more and more interesting spots can be visited and viewed properly in one phase as we are in no hurry; the tours can be divided into sections so if some traveling member’s holiday is over he or she can take a break join and carry on with the group at the exact former breaking point next time next year at the related airport. There are already many more similar flexible organizational ideas, features to be developed to provide our travelers all the best conveniences, programs according to their requirements to assure that they’ll have a real good time. This flexibility guarantees the success of this project.

After visiting several places but unfortunately only spending there a short time later on everybody can decide on which place is rather interesting that is worth going back and spending there a longer time or even a holiday. Taking into consideration that the holidaymaker already has a brief picture of the headed destination no awkward disappointment is expectable as it occurs several times after making traveling or holiday plans related to a good shot in a traveling brochure, video, etc.
